Components of Element Server Suite

The Element Server Suite is composed of the following functionality:

  • Element Matrix Server
    • The Element Matrix Server is our maintained version of the synapse homeserver, packaged and delivered according to our best practices.
  • Monitoring
    • Our monitoring stack allows you to monitor the health of our Server Suite running in your environment.
  • VoIP
    • Our VoIP stack brings voice and video calling functionality into your environment.
  • Web Client
    • Our modern web client brings our messaging, voice, and video functionality directly to your users in an easy to use interface.
  • Extensions
    • Our app store allows integrating additional functionality via extensions into Matrix rooms.
  • Bridges
    • We have a full suite of connections to other messaging services for helping you bring your Element users into your existing communications channels.
  • Admin Console
    • We have an admin console that puts you in control of the configuration and operation of the whole suite.
  • Room Audit and Room Admin Capabilities
    • We have software that allows you to audit encrypted communications. We also have software that allows you to administer any rooms created on your homeserver.
