Token based registration
Create a new registration token using the Synapse Admin API. Give this to your users.
The registration flow looks like this:

Enter username, password and email as normal. Click
Register

You now get this window. Click
Start authentication

A new tab opens, enter the registration token and click
Authenticate

You are returned to Element, continue registration like normal
