Token based registration

Create a new registration token using the Synapse Admin API. Give this to your users.

The registration flow looks like this:

1. Enter username, password and email as normal. Click Register
   

2. You now get this window. Click Start authentication
   

A new tab opens, enterEnter the registration token and click AuthenticateContinue

You are returned to Element, continueContinue registration like normal
